Powered by dual AMD EPYC 9004 series processors with Liquid cooling solution for (rev. LAX1), including those featuring AMD’s 3D V-Cache, the Gigabyte G363-ZR0 server supports 4x NVIDIA HGX H100 SXM5 GPUs with Liquid cooling solution for (rev. LAX1). The CPUs deliver a 5nm technology with up to 128 cores and 256 threads, and a maximum TDP of up to 400W. It can accommodate up to 6TB of memory if all 24x DIMM slots are filled with 256GB 3DS RDIMM memory modules. Standard RDIMM modules will provide up to 2TB of RAM.
On the front of the server, there are 8x 2.5” Gen5 NVMe, SATA, or SAS hot-swappable bays, plus 1x M.2 PCIe Gen4 x4 slot on the motherboard for 2280 and 22110 cards. Just under these drive bays, there are 2x PCIe Gen5 x16 low-profile slots with an additional 4x PCIe Gen5 x16 low-profile slots on the rear of the chassis for support of remote direct memory access (RDMA). The front panel also offers 1x OCP 3.0 slot. Administrators can use the Gigabyte Management Console web interface, the Aspeed AST2600 management controller, or the Gigabyte Server Management (GSM) to control the system. The 3U G363-ZR0 server is intended for AI, AI training, AI inference, and high-performance computing. Depending on the revision, this system is able to support a CPU+GPU liquid cooling solution. 2+1 3000W 80 PLUS Titanium redundant power supplies can be found on the rear of the chassis.
