The Gigabyte H223-V10 server is a NVIDIA Grace Hopper Superchip platform that fits 2x nodes with rear access in a 2U chassis. Each node supports a single Grace CPU with a maximum TDP of up to 1000W and a single Hopper H100 GPU. The CPU and GPU are connected via NVLink-C2C. Per node, there are 4x 2.5” Gen5 NVMe hot-swappable bays from PEX89048 and 2x 2.5” Gen5 NVMe hot-swappable bays from the optional BlueField-3 DPU. 2x PCIe Gen5 x4 slots on each node support NVMe M.2 drives that can be used to boot the system.
The NVIDIA Grace CPU on the H223-V10 server supports up to 480GB of LPDDR5X memory with ECC and a memory bandwidth of up to 512GB/s. NVIDIA’s Hopper H100 GPU delivers up to 96GB of HBM3 memory with a memory bandwidth of up to 4TB/s. Using a PCIe cable, each node features 1x PCIe Gen5 x16 FHHL dual slot and 1x PCIe Gen5 x16 FHHL single slot. On the back of the server, there are triple 3000W (240W) 80 PLUS Titanium redundant power supplies. Administrators can use the Gigabyte Management Console or the Aspeed AST2600 management controller to oversee the system’s fan speed, CPU temperature, and more. Each node has dual 10GbE ports and a dedicated RJ45 management port. The system can also be managed from the single chassis management controller (CMC) port on the back of the chassis.
