The Gigabyte H262-PC2 server is a high density, Intel-based system with 4x nodes that are accessible through the rear. Each node of the 2U platform supports 2x 3rd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors with up to 40 cores and a TDP of up to 270W. Under the lid, the server delivers a total of 64x memory modules with up to 16TB of memory when all slots in each of the 4x server nodes are filled with 256GB 3DS RDIMMs/LRDIMMs. Less RAM is supported with RDIMMs, LRDIMMs, or Intel Optane Persistent Memory 200 series (PMem) installed. This platform offers a total of 8x low profile PCIe Gen4 x16 expansion slots, 4x OCP 3.0 Gen4 x16 mezzanine slots, and 1x CMC global management port.
The hyper-converged H262-PC2 system features 8x 2.5-inch SATA, SAS, or Gen4 NVMe hot-swappable drive bays on the front panel.
