The 4-bay Gigabyte R113-C10 Server is designed for networking applications such as file storage, file access via VPN, and more. A single AMD EPYC 4004 or AMD Ryzen 7000 series processor with a TDP of up to 105W can be loaded into the short-depth chassis, but overclocking is not available because of thermal limitations. Depending on the model revision, this system is powered by a single 400W Gold or 350W Bronze power supply.
A total of 4x drive bays are available on the R113-C10 Server. There are 2x 2.5-inch SATA hot-swap drive bays on the front of the chassis and an additional 2x 2.5-inch SATA internal drive bays. If more storage is needed, or to boot the operating system, users can deploy 1x M.2 slot with a PCIe Gen5 x4 interface for 2242 and 2280 cards. The platform offers a riser card for 1x PCIe Gen5 x16 FHHL slot. Up to 128GB of memory can be deployed by way of 4x DIMM slots, which can be loaded with DDR5 ECC or non-ECC UDIMMs.
Gigabyte offers 2x free managing tools: the pre-installed Gigabyte Management Console and the Gigabyte Server Manager, available for download. The Gigabyte Management Console controls one server, but the Gigabyte Server Manager can manage multiple servers or large clusters of servers.
