Outfitted with Ada Lovelace architecture, the triple-slot NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 Super GPU offers extraordinary performance for your gaming and creative pursuits. It has 16GB of GDDR6X memory. It offers accelerated ray tracing and AI-powered graphics for hyper-realistic rendering. With Deep Learning Super-Sampling 3.5 (DLSS 3.5) it delivers even higher frame rates with better resolution.
Part of the GeForce 40 generation, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 Super GPU was launched in January of 2024 and supports DirectX 12 Ultimate. It has 4x outputs that include an HDMI 2.1 port and 3x DisplayPort 1.4a. Using the DP and HDMI ports it can up to 4x displays at 4K and 120Hz or 2x 4K displays at 4K and 240Hz with those same ports and data stream compression (DSC). Using dual DP 1.4a plus DSC it can power a single monitor at up to 8K high-definition resolution (HDR) at 120Hz.
The RTX 4080 Super has 16GB of GDDR6X memory connected to a 256-bit memory interface and a memory bandwidth of 736.6GB/s. It features 3rd generation Ray Tracing Cores and 4th generation Tensor cores for outstanding graphics rendering. It has a base clock rate of 2295MHz and a boost clock rate of 2550MHz, paired with a memory clock of 1438MHz or 23Gb/s effective.
Power to the NVIDIA RTX 4080 Super is provided by a single 16-pin power connector. It is connected to the host system via a PCIe 4.0 x16 interface. With a 320W maximum power draw, a 700W PSU is recommended for the host system. A large integrated fan provides active cooling for this GPU.
