The Supermicro BigTwin SuperServer 621BT-HNTR is a quad node hot-pluggable system designed for Hyperconverged Infrastructure, Container Storage, and Scale-Out File Server applications. Each node houses dual 4th or 5th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors with 16x DDR5 DIMM slots that can hold up to 4TB of memory. Each of the nodes is assigned 3x of the 12x 3.5-inch hot-swap NVMe/SATA drive bays on the front of the chassis. 2x PCIe 5.0 x16 low-profile expansion slots are accessible from the rear of each node on the Supermicro 621BT-HNTR.
Designed for Hyperconverged Infrastructure, Container Storage, and Scale-Out File Server tasks. The Supermicro BigTwin 621BT-HNTR is powered by dual 3000W Titanium Level power supplies in a redundant configuration.
NOTE: This platform is only sold as a complete system with at least 2 CPU, 2 DIMMs, 1 NIC adapter, & 1 HDD/SSD/NVMe/M.2 per node.
