As one of Supermicro’s NVIDIA H100 SXM5 Tensor Core GPU servers, the Supermicro GPU A+ SuperServer 8125GS-TNHR is ideal for AI, deep learning training, industrial automation, climate and weather modeling, and more. The system supports dual AMD EPYC 9004 series CPUs, plus the latest AMD EPYC 9004 series CPUs with AMD 3D V-Cache technology. These CPUs deliver up to 128 cores and 256 threads and a maximum TDP of up to 400W. The 8U machine features 8x NVIDIA HGX H100 SXM GPUs with a PCIe 5.0 x16 CPU to GPU interconnect and NVIDIA NVLink with NVSwitch.
Supporting up to 24x 256GB DDR5 DIMMs for a total of 6TB of memory, the Supermicro 8125GS-TNHR GPU server can deliver memory speeds of up to 4800MHz. There are 8x PCIe 5.0 x16 low-profile slots and 2x PCIe 5.0 x16 full-height, full-length slots and an additional 2x 2x PCIe 5.0 x16 FHFL slots are optional. With 8x GPUs and 8x high-speed NICs, it can provide a 1:1 GPU to NIC ratio for remote direct memory access (RDMA). On the front of the system there are 18x 2.5” hot-swap NVMe/SATA drive bays with 16x of them dedicated to NVMe. Additionally, there is 1x M.2 NVMe slot to boot the operating system. This system is powered by 6x 3000W redundant Titanium level power supplies with an option to install 2x more ensuring continuous operation.
