This combination provides up to 480GB of ECC LPDDR5X memory plus 96GB of ECC HBM3 GPU memory.
The Supermicro GPU SuperServer ARS-111GL-NHR is an NVIDIA Certified platform and delivers high-performance computing for AI, Deep Learning Training and Inference plus Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI. Two PCIe 5.0 x16 slots, can be outfitted with NVIDIA BlueField-3 or ConnectX-7 network connectors. The NVIDIA BlueField-3 delivers software-defined, hardware-accelerated IT infrastructure providing Ethernet or NDR at 400Gb/s.
The GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip incorporates the single H100 GPU, as such, the combination delivers extreme low latency for CPU to GPU communications. With 8x front fixed E1.S NVMe drive bays, 2x of those drives are direct to the processor and the onboard GPU only. The Thermal Design Power rating or TDP of the CPU is listed at up to 1000W with air cooling only. Using the dedicated RJ45 BMC LAN port on the back of the system enables remote management of the system using several Supermicro software utilities.
