The Supermicro SuperBlade 411E-5G is a half-height blade node designed for deployment in an 8U SuperBlade enclosure that supports up to 20x half-height, double-width blades or up to 10x full-height blades. It accommodates up to 2TB of DDR5 RDIMM memory across 8x DIMM slots. Memory speeds vary by CPU generation: up to 4800 MT/s with a 4th Gen processor, and up to 5600 MT/s with a 5th Gen processor.

Supported by an 8U SuperBlade enclosure this blade is ideal for AI, Machine Learning and enterprise data centers offering quick scale-out. The enclosure provides the power, cooling, management, and network functions, while the installed blades provide the compute memory and expansion options. A single Chassis Management Module (CMM)offers remote management of the system using Supermicro management software. The enclosure is powered by up to 8x hot-plug power supply units (PSUs). PSU wattage is variable depending on the SuperBlade enclosure model.
Compatible 8U SuperBlade Enclosures:
A single 4th or 5th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processor with up to 64 cores and 128 threads can be installed in the SuperBlade 411E-5G. CPUs are limited to a TDP of up to 350W when using air cooling at 35°C. For internal storage, each Supermicro 411E-5G includes 2x M.2 PCIe 5.0 x4 slots compatible with 2280 or 22110 form factor SSDs. An optional mezzanine card enables support for up to 4x additional M.2 drives. That mezzanine card slot can also be used for a 1P Infiniband 200G or single port IB 100g or 2-port 25G Ethernet card. The system also supports 2x low-profile PCIe Gen5 x16 cards or a single double-width GPU, with a direct PCIe 5.0 x16 CPU-to-GPU interconnect. Supported GPUs include NVIDIA H100, L40S, L40, A100, and A10.
