Built for virtualization, engineering, scientific research applications and more, the Supermicro SuperBlade 612B-5NE34 features 1x Intel Xeon 6 processor from the 6700 series with E-Cores. These CPUs support a maximum TDP of up to 350W and either 1x double-width or 2x single-width GPUs. The Intel processor supports a total of 16x DDR5 DIMMs with up to 4TB of memory. This SuperBlade server is supported in several SuperBlade Enclosures.
The Intel Xeon 6 6700-series CPU offers 8-channel memory architecture and with 1x DIMM per channel can provide memory speeds of up to 6400MT/s. With 2DPC, memory speed is reduced. On the front of the blade there are 4x hot-swap E3.S NVMe drive bays which can be configured to RAID 0, 1, 5, or 10 with an optional Virtual RAID on CPU (VROC) key. Similarly, the SuperBlade 612B-5NE34 has 1x M.2 NVMe slot on the system board compatible with 2280 form factor cards. In addition to the 2x PCIe Gen5 x16 slots for the GPUs, aside from the existing dual-port 25G Ethernet (LOM) port there is a mezzanine expansion option for dual 25GbE networking ports.
