The Supermicro SuperServer 6019U-TR4T is a 1U rackmount server powered by dual second-generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors with up to 28 cores per processor. The dual-socket chassis supports up to 24x memory module slots with a maximum memory of 6TB and one double-width GPU.
The Supermicro SuperServer 6019U-TR4T is designed for virtualization, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and more. Outfitted with dual Xeon Scalable processors, this system is ready to meet all of your business needs with its flexible storage and memory capabilities and 4x 10GBase-T ports on the back of the system. Up to 4x hot-swap 3.5-inch drive bays are supported, but can also be configured with up to two M.2 solid state drives.
Dual Intel Xeon Scalable processors from either the first- or second-generation can be installed on the SuperServer 6019U-TR4T and both support up to 28 cores. Second generation Scalable processors support more memory than Gen 1 and also support Intel Optane memory modules. Gen 2 has the ability to reach the top memory speed of 2933MT/s, compared to Gen 1’s top speed of up to 2666MT/s. The thermal design power (TDP) ranges from 70 to 205W with a dual UPI of up to 10.4GT/s.
The Supermicro 6019U-TR4T has a total of 24x active memory module slots in a two-processor configuration. The system only supports DDR4 memory modules, which can reach speeds of up to 2933MHz. With all slots loaded with 256GB memory modules, the system will support a maximum of 6TB. Registered (RDIMM), Load-Reduced (LRDIMM), and Intel Optane memory modules are supported, but only using second-generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors.
This platform stores 4x hot-swap 3.5-inch drive bays on the front of the system. The 6019U-TR4T has several storage options, including the standard SATA drives, NVMe, and SAS with an optional add-on card and cable. Each drive carrier has two LED indicators: an activity indicator and a status indicator. The Ultra SuperServer also supports up to two M.2 solid state drives, which can be installed on a riser card. One M.2 socket supports PCIe and the other supports SATA.
Four PCIe 3.0 slots are available with the appropriate risers. The system accepts two full-height full-length expansion cards or one double-width GPU, and one low-profile card mounted on a riser card and riser bracket. There is also an internal expansion slot in the center of the chassis. The system comes standard with four 10GBase-T ports on the back of the system.
Management of the server is handled through the Supermicro SuperDoctor 5 (SD5) program that functions with Windows and Linux operating systems. SD5 monitors system health information including CPU temperature, system voltages, and fan speed. Administrators can then receive alerts via email or Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP). Software such as Intelligent Platform Management Interface 2.0 (IPMI 2.0), Supermicro Server Manager (SSM), Supermicro Power Manager (SPM), and Supermicro Update Manager (SUM) also manage the system.
The 1U Supermicro SuperServer 6019U-TR4T is a high-performance system with support for 24x memory module slots, 6TB of memory, and four 10GBase-T ports to handle the most demanding workloads for virtualization, big data, and business intelligence.
