The Supermicro SuperBlade 6419P-T3N is a single socket system compatible with 1st or 2nd generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors. There is a total of 12x DIMM slots with each CPU socket supporting 6x slots. The front of the system holds 3x 2.5-inch hybrid drive bays.
A single 1st or 2nd generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors provide the computational power for the Supermicro SuperBlade 6419P-T3N server node. The CPU sockets support 6x DIMM slots each for a total of 12x slots on the system board. A fully configured system holds 384GB of Very Low Profile (VLP) memory using 32GB memory modules in all slots. 3x 2.5-inch hybrid drives can be found on the front of the system. These bays are compatible with NVMe or SATA3 drives. The Supermicro 6419P-T3N server is compatible with the Supermicro SuperBlade Enclosure 614E, which holds up to 14 nodes.
Supermicro SuperBlade Enclosure 614E-822 Enclosure with 8x hot-pluggable 2200W Titanium power supplies
Supermicro SuperBlade Enclosure 614E-622 Enclosure with 6x hot-pluggable 2200W Titanium power supplies + 2x cooling fans
Supermicro SuperBlade Enclosure 614E-422 Enclosure with 4x hot-pluggable 2200W Titanium power supplies + 4x cooling fans
1x 1st or 2nd generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors can be installed on the Supermicro SuperBlade 6419P-T3N server node. The system is compatible with CPUs with up to 28x physical cores and 56x virtual threads, which make use of Intel’s Hyper-Threading Technology. This system is used for high-performance computing applications but also as an enterprise server for virtualized environments.
The front of the Supermicro 6419P-T3N Server node holds 3x hybrid 2.5-inch drive bays. These drive bays can be outfitted with either 3x NVMe drives or 3x SATA3 drives. SATA3 drives are supported via the Intel C622 chipset, which provides RAID levels of 0, 1, and 5.
The system board features 12x DIMM slots on the CPU socket. The maximum memory capacity on the Supermicro SuperBlade 6419P-T3N server is 384Gb when configured with 32GB Very Low Profile (VLP) ECC DDR4 2933MHz memory modules in all slots. This server also supports memory speeds of 2666MHz and 2400MHz in addition to the 2933MHz speed.
Dual 10 GbE ethernet switches can be found on the back of this system. The ports automatically connect to the Supermicro SuperBlade Enclosure 614E family I/O modules. One or two I/O modules can be installed onto the enclosure and offer 10/1 GbE Ethernet connection speeds. The enclosure for the SuperBlade server also features a single Chassis Management Module for both individual server and group management of the system and supported SuperBlade servers
System management is handled through its compatible enclosure, either the 614E-822, 614E-622 or 614E-422. A single Chassis Management Module (CMM) in the rear of the enclosure which grants access to the Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) in each of the SuperBlade server nodes. The BMC is Integrated Platform Management Interface (IPMI) 2.0 compatible, which enables system compatibility with other third-party hardware manufacturers.
Dual 1st or 2nd generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors provide the necessary compute for the Supermicro SuperBlade 6419P-T3N. 14x of these SuperBlade servers can be installed in the Supermicro SuperBlade Enclosure 614E family. The front of the system features 3x 2.5-inch hybrid drive bays compatible with NVMe or SATA3 drives. Each CPU socket supports 6x DIMM slots for a total of 12x on the system board and up to 384GB of DDR4 memory.
