The Supermicro SuperBlade 6119P-C3N Server is a single socket blade module compatible with 1st or 2nd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors. This model populates the Supermicro SuperBlade Enclosure 610J family, exclusively. The module supports 12 DIMM slots that hold up to 3TB of DDR4 memory. Dual 2.5-inch hot-swap drive bays for NVMe drives and a single hot-plug SAS3/SATA3 drive bay are available on this system.
The front of the Supermicro SuperBlade 6119P-C3N server holds 3x hybrid 2.5-inch drive bays which support NVMe/SAS3/SATA3 drives. Offering single socket performance, 1st or 2nd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors are compatible with this server module. 3TB of memory are supported on this system when all 12x DIMM slots are populated with DDR4 memory modules.

Single 1st or 2nd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors provide the necessary compute power for the Supermicro 6119P-C3N. Due to thermal constraints the module is limited to a Thermal Design Point (TDP) of 205W. However, even with those constraints compatible Platinum Xeon Scalable Processors include up to 28 physical cores and 56 virtual threads. The single processor supports 6x memory channels.
The front of the Supermicro 6119P-C3N server node holds 3x 2.5-inch hot-pluggable hybrid drive bays, two of which support NVMe drives, while the other bay supports only SAS3 or SATA3 drive types. It is also possible to configure the system with all three drive bays populated with SAS3/SATA3 drives. The integrated Broadcom 3108 controller supports HW RAID 0, 1, 5 levels. Intel virtual RAID on CPU or vROC is also supported offering RAID options for solid state PCIe based NVMe drive formats. The vROC key has a dedicated port on the motherboard and is considered a hybrid RAID option that connects directly to the CPUs integrated functions.
A total of 12x DIMM slots are found on the system board of this module, with 2x dims per memory channel. With all slots populated with 256GB DDR4 ECC 2933MHz memory modules in all slots, the maximum memory capacity on this system is up to 3TB. In addition, data centric persistent memory modules (DCPMM), also know as intel Optane, are supported on this system. Memory speeds of 2933MHz, 2666MHz, 2400MHz are supported on the Supermicro SuperBlade 6119P-C3N. Memory speed is dependent on the supported speed of the processor, memory modules, and memory configuration.
Dual 10GbE onboard ethernet ports are supported on the system board and automatically connect to the enclosure I/O modules. For additional expansion capabilities, the enclosure that houses the SuperBlade 6119P-C3N has 4x 25/10/1Gb Ethernet switches and 2x Chassis Management Modules.
Management of the Supermicro 6119P-C3N is provided through the Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) 2.0 via the Chassis Management Module, which is part of the Supermicro SuperBlade Enclosure 610J.
The Supermicro SuperBlade 6119P-C3N server houses a single socket compatible with 1st or 2nd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors. Up to 10x of these modules can be installed onto the Supermicro SuperBlade Enclosure 610J family of enclosures. At full capacity, the system will support up to 3TB of memory along with 3x hybrid drive bays.
