The Supermicro SuperBlade 4119SG Server is a single socket server compatible with the AMD EPYC 7003 and 7002 Series Processors. 8x DIMM slots are supported by the single socket, and a single NVMe/SATA3 M.2 drive can be installed onto the system board. Dual PCIe 4.0 x16 slots are also available for expansion capabilities including GPUs.
Powered by a single AMD EPYC 7003 or 7002 Series Processor, the Supermicro SuperBlade 4119SG Server is housed in several different 8U enclosures including, the Supermicro SuperBlade 820C, 820J, 820L, and 820H families. Each of these enclosures hold up to 20x of these half-height blades. At capacity a 42U rack can support up to 100x CPUs housed in enclosures outfitted with this server node. This fully configured SuperBlade holds up to 2TB of memory when fully configured and the system board houses a single M.2 drive compatible with NVMe or SATA3 drive formats.

A single AMD EPYC 7003 or 7002 Series Processor powers the Supermicro 4119SG GPU server. The supported processor Thermal Design Point of this system is 280W. The supported CPUs on this system can support AMD EPYC series processors with up to 64x physical cores and 128x virtual threads. AMD EPYC processors also support PCIe 4.0 data transfer and up to 8x memory channels for superior memory throughput.
The storage options on the Supermicro 4119SG server node are limited to a single NVMe/SATA3 M.2 drive slot in the 22110 form factor which can be found on the system board.
With 8x memory-channels, the SuperBlade 4119SG node houses 8x DIMM slots. Fully configured, the system can hold up to 2TB of memory using 256GB DDR4 ECC memory modules in all 8x slots. Both 3DS Load-Reduced DIMMs (LRDIMMs) and Registered DIMMs (RDIMMs) are supported with speeds of 3200 MHz.
Expanding the capabilities of this system is achieved through 2x PCIe 4.0 x16 slots capable of housing dual Nvidia Tensor T4 GPUs at 70W each. Additionally, the 8U enclosures that support this server node feature expansion options as well through ethernet switches and Chassis Management Modules (CMM).
Server management is achieved through the Supermicro 4119SG Server’s compatible enclosure. The enclosure that hosts this server blade grants access to the Aspeed AST2500 Baseboard Management Controller (BMC). The Integrated Platform Management Interface (IPMI 2.0) is compatible with KVM over IP and Virtual Media over LAN.
The single socket Supermicro SuperBlade 4119SG Server delivers uncompromising performance using AMD’s EPYC 7003 or 7002 series processors. The 8U Supermicro SuperBlade Enclosures can hold up to 20x of these half-height servers for up to 20x CPUs per enclosure and up to 100 CPUs in a fully outfitted 42U enclosure. At capacity this server supports up to 2TB of memory, 2x Nvidia T4 GPUs, plus a single NVMe/SATA3 M.2 drive on the system board for storage.
