The Supermicro SuperBlade 610P-1T2N server node is designed for the Supermicro SuperBlade Enclosures 610J-822, 610J-622, and 610J-422. It can handle Cloud Services, Simulation and Modeling, AI Inferencing and High-Performance Computing. A single socket system compatible with 3rd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors, can house up to 4TB of memory. Two hot-swappable 2.5-inch hybrid drive bays are available on the front of the node.
On the front of the system, 2x 2.5-inch hot-swappable drive bays are available and compatible with NVMe, SAS3, and SATA3 drive types. It is designed for Cloud Services, Simulation and Modeling, AI Inferencing, and High-Performance Computing. Up to 10x Supermicro SuperBlade 610P-1T2N server nodes can be installed into the Supermicro SuperBlade 610J-822, 610J-622, and 610J-422 Enclosures. Outfitted with a single 3rd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processor this SuperBlade can support 16x DIMM slots for up to 4TB of DDR4 DIMMs.

The Supermicro SuperBlade 610P-1T2N is powered by a single socket which supports the 3rd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors. Because of the thermal constraints on the system, CPUs with a thermal design point of up to 270W (CTDP) are compatible. These constraints include Intel Xeon Scalable Platinum CPUs with 38x physical cores and 76x virtual threads.
The front of the server node houses 2x 2.5-inch drive bays. These bays compatible with NVMe/SAS3/SATA3 drives. In addition, there is a single NVMe/SATA3 M.2 slot on the system board A disaggregated I/O board plugs into a dedicated slot on the end of the motherboard and can support 2x more NVMe M.2 slots. SAS drives will require a discrete add-on-mezzanine card.
A total of 16x DIMM slots can be found on this blade server. With all DIMM slots populated with 256GB 3DS ECC DDR4 Registered or Load Reduced DIMMs will produce a maximum of 4TB of memory. Intel Optane Persistent Memory modules can also be installed onto this system. Memory speeds supported on this system include 3200MHz, 2933MHz, 2666MHzm and 2400MHz depending on your choice of processor and memory modules.
The main expansion capabilities on this system are provided through the enclosure it is housed in. On a smaller scale, individual blades of the Supermicro 610P-1T2N server node have dual 25GbE Ethernet ports. One optional 25GbE mezzanine card is supported.
Management of this SuperBlade is provided through the Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) 2.0, KVM over LAN, and Virtual Media over LAN. Remote access is provided by the integrated platform management interface 2.0 (IPMI) though the Baseboard Management Controller (BMC).
